Guru K. Chandra Rekha
Founder & Artistic DirectorGuru K. Chandra Rekha is a dedicated Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, and the esteemed Founder-Director of Gauri Nrityalaya. With a strong foundation in both academics and the arts, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Management from DG Vaishnav College and completed IATA certification.
Her passion for classical arts led her to pursue a Master's degree in Bharatanatyam from the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University under renowned gurus Dr. Sreelatha Vinoth and Sri Mathan Kumar. She currently continues her classical journey under the tutelage of Guru Dr. L. Narendra Kumar, Anusham Dance Group.
Versatile in her artistic expression, Guru K. Chandra Rekha is also well-versed in Western and Folk dance forms. As a visionary choreographer, she has directed performances for annual events across reputed institutions in Chennai.
